Ferrari is pleased to announce the introduction of the Ferrari 599 SA Open the Paris Motor Show 2010. This is a special series model with a limited number of only 80 built. All have been sold. Ferrari decided to build a 80 SA Apertas celebrate Pininfarina's 80th anniversary. SA will also be a tribute to the nomenclature, as well as Sergio and Andrea Pininfarina with the company and the work is related to the most successful road car ever built at Maranello.
The Ferrari 599 SA Aperta is a true roadster that allows its occupants to enjoy the emotions of our architecture firm superlative front-engined V12 complete environment in an open-top. In fact, it's just a soft light over designed to be used if the weather is particularly bad. A windshield, low profile that lies close to the ground than the other models provide the SA Aperta exceptionally clean aerodynamic lines. Return profile of the arches of the post-Two nicely integrated aerodynamic fins two arches cleverly mimicking the outline of the seats.
The chassis has been redesigned to provide a standard for stiffness comparable to a closed Berlinetta and there is a small difference in weight, thanks to work on the structure of the chassis.
With 670 hp under the hood, SA Aperta perfectly embodies the sporting spirit of the Ferrari 599, the integration of advanced technology to offer Ferrari performance benchmark, and the absolutely superb driving pleasure.
